Workouts

A workout is an ordered collection of exercises that can be played back to show prompts and timers during a workout.

  • Create Workout
    1. Click on the Workouts Tab
    2. Click on the   icon and select Add Workout
    3. Enter a name for the new workout
    4. Click Create
  • Add Exercises
    1. Click on the name of the workout
    2. Click on the   icon and select Add Exercise
    3. Select the exercise type:
      • Repetitions - Perform a number of repetitions and then press the   button to go to the next set or exercise
      • Duration - Perform the exercise for a number of seconds and then automatically go to the next set or exercise
      • Rest - Rest for a number of seconds
    4. Enter a name for the exercise
    5. Enter the number of sets
    6. Enter either the duration in seconds or the number of repetitions to perform. If the value will be different for each set, enter multiple values separated by a slash (/). For example, in order to do 3 sets of 10, 8 and 6 reps, enter 10/8/6
    7. Enter a rest period after each set in seconds. Just like with the previous setting a different value can be entered for each set (45/50/60). Enter 0 to immediately go to the next set or exercise. Enter -1 to rest until the   button is pressed
    8. Pause - For a duration exercise, if the pause switch is on, then the exercise countdown will pause at the beginning to allow an opportunity to prepare or get in position. Then press the   button to start the countdown. If the pause switch is not on, then the countdown will start immediately
    9. Click Create
