In the best of the beach format every player plays with every other player in their pool. There can be multiple rounds where only the top players from one round advance to the next round. Follow these steps to run a best of the beach tournament:

• Create the Tournament
  
  1. Click on the Tournaments tab on the left side of the page
  2. Click on the   icon and select New Tournament
  3. Fill in a Name for the tournament
  4. Select Best of the Beach for the Type
  5. Click the Create button to create the tournament
• Create the Divisions
  1. If not already there, go to the tournament page by clicking on the name of the tournament
  2. Click on the   icon and select Add Division
  3. Fill in a Name for the division
  4. Select a Date that the division will play
  5. Click the Create button to create the division
  6. Repeat these steps for each division in the tournament
• Register Players
  1. Go to a division page by clicking on the name of the division
  2. Click on the   icon and select Register Team
  3. Fill in a player Name
  4. Fill in the number of points the player has for seeding, if available. If points are not provided players will be seeded in order of registration
  5. Click the Register button to add the player to the division
  6. Repeat these steps for each player in the division
• Check-In Players
  1. A player can be checked in by clicking the empty box next to the player name. Once checked in there will be a check mark next to the name
  2. Any players not checked in before setting up the pools will not be included
  3. The check-in process can be skipped by clicking the   icon and selecting Check-In All Teams
• Setup the Pools
  1. Go to the division page by clicking on the name of the division
  2. Click on the   icon and select Setup Pools
  3. Select the number of pools to create by clicking on a number next to POOLS: at the top of the page. There must be a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 players per pool
  4. For each pool, enter a court number
  5. Select the match/game scoring system. Custom does not enforce any scoring system
  6. Players are placed in pools according to seeding, but they can be dragged around and placed in other pools
  7. Select the time when matches should start
  8. Select an approximate time for each match (in minutes)
  9. Click on the Done button to create the pools and schedule the matches
• Setup Additional Rounds
  1. Once the first round matches are complete, go to the division page by clicking on the name of the division
  2. Click on the   icon and select Create Pool
  3. Select the match/game scoring system. Custom does not enforce any scoring system
  4. Fill in the court to be used
  5. Select the time when matches should start
  6. Select an approximate time for each match (in minutes)
  7. Click the Next button
  8. Select which players to include in the pool. Uncheck the green checkbox next to a name to leave them out
  9. Click the Next button
  10. Modify the order of the players if desired
  11. Click the Finish button to create the new pool
  12. Repeat these steps for each pool in the next round
• Finish the Tournament
  1. Once all rounds are complete, go to the division page by clicking on the name of the division
  2. Click on the   icon and select Play Complete
  3. Each player's finish will be calculated based on their record
  4. Any player's finish can be adjusted by clicking on their placement number
